Measurements for the expansion of the transhipment terminal in Gądki near Poznań.

In April 2020, we received an order for a comprehensive measurement solution for the area of the METRANS transshipment terminal in Gądki near Poznań.

As part of the task, we have prepared a digital map for design purposes for an area of several hectares, a detailed situational and altitude measurement of the terminal area and surrounding plots intended for the future investment. Additionally, flights were carried out with a geodetic drone (ceiling 70 m) in cooperation with the control tower of the nearby Poznań Krzesiny airport. The result of the raids is an orthophotomap with a pixel size (GSD) of 2 cm and a 3D point cloud supporting design works.
